You must contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT before returning any product and receive approval from CROWN DYNASTY COLLECTION to return the product.

 

If you do not receive approval in advance, you voluntarily waive your right to return the products for any reason.  Crown Dynasty Collection may offer EXCHANGES, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in new, unaltered condition; meaning unused, intact, and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase.  The condition of returned items is to be determined by Crown Dynasty Collection’s staff and exchanges are at their sole discretion.
